Katherin Jackson has kicked her probate lawyers to the curb
TMZ recently reported that Katherine Jackson, Michael Jackson’s mother and current legal guardian of Michael Jackson’s kids, has fired her the team of lawyers handing her probate case, including Burt Levitch and Londell McMillan.
Katherine Jackson Gets Rid of her Probate Lawyers
Katherine Jackson will be replacing the recently fired probate lawyers with new ones. TMZ reported that Katherine Jackson, who was recently spotted in the audience of “Dancing with the Stars” as the 16 professional dancers performed a heartfelt tribute to Michael Jackson, will ask for a continuance today when the court hearing convenes so that she can begin working with her recently-hired legal team.
Katherine Jackson Fires Probate Lawyer Londell McMillan
TMZ spoke with Londell McMillan, who admits that Michael Jackson’s mother Katherine Jackson let go her probate lawyers and is moving on. Londell McMillan said that he was never Katherine Jackson’s probate lawyer, although it has been reported that he was actively negotiating with lawyers for the Michael Jackson estate.
Londell McMillan tells TMZ, “I am not completely out.” Londell McMillan says he is unsure if he is still Katherine Jackson’s general counsel and continues to represent her. That would be a nice thing to know!
